Clients who attend privately do not require a referral however if you are seeking OT via DVA or EPC, a referral is required.
Referrals are not required for NDIS participants; however, we do encourage you to discuss this with your Support Coordinator if you have one involved.
Please review our referrals page and select the funding pathway you wish to access our service via then select the “request service” button, once we have received a completed intake form, we will contact you to arrange an appointment.
Our prices vary dependent upon service type. NDIS fees are subject to change however we generally charge to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (previously the NDIS Price Guide). If you have any queries regarding our fees, please refer them to our Practice Manager.
If we are required to travel to provide services to you, then travel is charged as per NDIS guidelines. To minimise travel costs and provide easy and fast access to services, we can also provide services via Telehealth or video conferencing if appropriate and preferred.
Appointment length varies dependent on your individual needs. Our initial appointments may take up to 2 hours and follow up sessions may vary but most commonly are an hour in duration.
OT Do is an entirely mobile service covering the Gold Coast, Logan, South Brisbane, Lockyer Valley and Toowoomba. We do not have a clinic at this time.
