About The Do Network

The Do Network is a well-established, rapidly growing provider of occupational therapy, psychology and social work services in the Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, and Lockyer Valley regions (and everywhere in between). We currently provide Telehealth to some rural and remote areas as we work towards extending our outreach services.

We provide support for adults and adolescents with psychosocial disabilities including Mental Health, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Intellectual Disability. We also undertake assessments for minor and major home modifications. Our therapists are encouraged to explore their areas of interest and expertise.

Other therapists in our network can provide a range of medico-legal assessments for tribunals and courts in Queensland, and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

We know everyone says they support flexible work arrangements, but we actually do!

No seriously, we do. You can enjoy two long weekends a month with our 9-day fortnight and we are actively working towards implementing a 4-day work week across the organisation (we hope to achieve this in 2024).

All of our staff access flexible work arrangements around family, lifestyle, health needs and other commitments. You’ll be able to access these arrangements from home and on the job. No two members of our team work in the same way; we value independence and autonomy.

Our mission:

To provide therapists with extensive admin and allied health worker support to give you the best opportunity to provide high quality therapy and interventions for your clients.

Talk to us

You are welcome to talk to any of our therapists about our workplace culture and how we manage workloads/caseloads and the expectations of our teammates. You can ask any questions you want about what it is like to work with the team here. That's right, you won't be ‘interviewed’ by your boss - you will speak with your future colleagues and be able to discover what it is like to work with The Do Network. Essentially, you will be interviewing us!

We know this all sounds too good to be true, which is why we encourage you to talk to us and get to know us.
